東京への人口の流入超過が、最近ブレーキが掛かり始めたんだそうで。東京都内への転入超過が去年は前年より３２％も減少したらしい（前年は１２％減）。
中央大学大学院の細野教授の解説では、「そもそも、都会に若者を供給していた地方に、もう若者が居なくなった。くわえて、若者にお金を掛けて上京させる経済力が地方に無くなった」、ことが原因らしいのですが。
